Commercial Insurance Account Handler – Maidstone – up to £25,000
Our client is a leading independent commercial insurance brokers who are actively seeking an experienced insurance professional to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, to help assist the team and offer great customer service experience to the clients.
Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Vehicles Adjustments and Complex MTA’s
Ad-hoc re-broking cases in relation to unique requirements
Generating New Business
Diary management on OpenGi
Daily caseloads in respect of incoming post enquiries and emails
Maintaining Client and Customer Relations to increase retention
Handling a book of equestrian renewals
Experience required for the role –
Knowledge of commercial or personal lines insurance
Confident telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Organised and systematic approach to work
Good attention to detail
Self-starter and self-motivated in the working environment
The ability to work to own initiative
Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word
Office Hours are – Full Time (8.30am – 5.15pm, 38.75 hours a week), Part-Time is negotiable.
