My experience includes finding outstanding IT and talented operational people for a large range of financial services businesses.

I also have exceptional understanding of complex recruitment including candidate mapping and sourcing requirements.

As well as an MBA and MSc in HR management, I have conducted research into diversity management, emotional intelligence and building resilience.
