My role is to support Francesca with managing the business and developing the team, as well as investigating ways to enhance further our client service.

Before joining forces with Insure Recruitment, I founded my own recruitment business, gaining considerable experience with, and exposure to, a broad range of insurance organisations. As well as a passion for building relationships with clients, I believe in providing exemplary customer service. For me, this means investing more time fully understanding clients’ needs, and rigorously screening candidates’ experience, skillsets and motivation.
